In the right corner where the information is posted it has 2 links. The first one is the URL, which is what you sent us and the other one is to embed. You'll want to copy the embed HTML and post it right in your blog. That's all to it. When you're done writing the rest of your blog, just click publish and it'll be there.
ReplyDeleteNow if you go to edit it for some reason, say cause you found a grammatical error, the HTML wont show up, but it's still there. (Just an FYI)

ReplyDeleteAs for uploading a video, if its a video from a website you can embed it like Alex said.
If the video is on your computer, you just need to upload the video.
Once you find that first "embed" link you'll be set to embed anything you want.
